Hi,

I was wondering if you offer a patch for EasyGate when installing on a Joomal 1.5.7 site?

It doesn't appear to work properly as the layout is messed up. Any insight you can share is greatly appreciated!

David

Hi David!

I am not aware of any problem with the 1.5.7 version. I made a clean installation of a 1.5.7 version, installed EasyGate and it works as expected. I then made a new installation of a 1.5.6 version, installed EasyGate and then applied the patch to 1.5.7 and it also worked as it should.

Could you please send me a link, or a screenshot that shows this problem? You can send it here or in the email support if it contains sensitive information.

Hi Alex,

I am thinking the problems were being caused by the Sample Content that was installed with the Joomla install. I have unpublished most of it and it appears to be looking the way it is supposed to. I will keep you updated.

David
