Dear Support,

I am a member with you as of today. I have tried to install the quickstart of 2 templates a few times in an attempt to overcome a problem with the installation of these 2 quickstarts.

The problem is that after uploading the quickstart zi file and extracting it into my domain root directory, then trying to run the:

http://www.domainname.com/administrator, I get nothing,

I tried to run: http://www.domainname.com/installation, I get nothing as well,

then I just type: http://www.domainname.com and I get 3 files on the screen among which is the quickstart zip file, the quickstart unziped file and a cgi-pin fil. I run the quickstart unziped file and I installed the template OK.

BUT, whenever I need to visit the site, the link:

http://www.domainname.com does NOT work,
the link that works ok is: http://www.domainname.com//bt_promote_v2.5.0_j3x_quickstart/

This is a real big problem as I can not distribute the name of my domain followed by (/bt_promote_v2.5.0_j3x_quickstart/)

I appreciate instructing me on how to install your quickstart templates perfectly. With all other vendors templates, I usually upload the zip quickstart file, unzip it into my root directory and the run:
http://www.domainname.com/administrator to install the quickstart nicely.

I look forward for your urgent reply
best regards
